She resells items, primarily on Amazon, and puts the proceeds in index funds until she has enough to buy real estate. Nikki currently owns 3 SFH rentals, which she self-manages. Nikki is also a limited partner in 5 syndications, which are primarily in multifamily, with one light industrial investment.
