Hosted by Tammy Vincent, the adult child of two alcoholic parents, this podcast delves deep into the experiences of growing up in a chaotic and dysfunctional environment, facing childhood neglect, abuse, and trauma while overcoming adversity. With personal insights and expert interviews, we explore the challenges and triumphs of adults who grew up in these toxic environments, and healed. We Learn how to navigate these profound inner wounds though a variety of modalities including, but not limited to mindfulness, NLP practices, transformational coaching. We will help people uncover the darkness and emerge into the light as confident, thriving, empowered adults. This podcast is literally for anybody that has been subject to the complexities and cruelties that life can send our way. It is for people at any stage of their healing journey, or even those that want to help a loved one navigate their pain.
