Episode 14 - The Seven Stages of… ADHD - What Happens When The Dust Settles

In this episode I discuss the ever-changing process after getting a diagnosis of ADHD, and the different stages you go through afterwards… Like the seven stages of grief, there are also many stages of emotions, post-diagnosis. There are many analogies used to help me communicate my feelings and experiences, most of which are linked to dinosaurs (sorry!). I share my current hyper-fixation with ADHD and what my next steps are, my lack of order (or abundance of chaos), and many other quirks surrounding Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Enjoy!
