Episode 11.5 - Duck… Duck… Goose? My Identity Crisis and Getting To Know Myself All Over Again

In this episode I recorded an ‘emergency’ session, due to finding myself having an unexpected mini emotional breakdown. In this episode I struggle massively with my identity and who I am, finding the correct balance between ‘me’ and ‘meds’,  current freedom inhibitors and, let’s face it, I’m pretty much confused for the entirety of the podcast. This is a massive struggle moment for me, yet I hope you can find some value in my struggle, revelations and journey. You could probably start a new drinking game with this episode - have a shot every time you hear the word ‘frustrated’!
