Episode 39: Iron Will - Fact and Fiction

Dave and Mike are back with the second episode of their “Fact and Fiction” miniseries which looks at some of Disney’s movies that were “based on a true story” to determine just how close (or far) from reality they were. This time we’re looking at one of Dave’s childhood favorites: Iron Will! Ever wanted to know about dog sledding and whether it’s cinematic portrayal is realistic or not? No? Well too bad, baby, because that’s what we’re talking about! We did some research, and we’ll give you all the facts you never knew you wanted to know about the 1917 Red River Dogsled Contest. Honestly I can’t even remember if that’s the right name of the race, but I’m tired. The boys also talk about their upcoming trip to the parks. Enjoy!
