Episode description

Shelby is a superstar athlete. That hasn't changed despite a few changes to how she experiences sports. Shelby experienced a life-changing accident on February 23, 2020, at Lee Canyon near Las Vegas, breaking her sternum and T-6 vertebrae resulting in a severe spinal cord injury and paralyzing her from the chest. Shelby was active before her accident, and she became more involved in sports after her accident.

Shelby is a remarkable woman with an inspiring story and a positive outlook on how she can be a better athlete and role model for other adaptive athletes. Shelby does everything with a giant smile. This episode will make you smile, so enjoy the episode wherever you are at the moment. Relax, chill, and tune in. Enjoy.
