Episode 27 - Marc Surdyka: Reflections on a Total Hip Replacement at 19 Years Old

Mason and Chris sat down with Marc to discuss his experience with avascular necrosis (AVN) leading to a hip replacement at age 19, his journey with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) prior to the avascular necrosis, and ultimately his rehab, training, and education surrounding his hip replacement. Marc is the Co-Founder of E3 Rehab, teacher within the USC Doctor of Physical Therapy program, and mentor for the USC Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency. We also talk with Marc about E3 Rehab, their goals moving forward for the company, and reflections on the most viewed and the most “controversial” E3 Rehab content. We hope you all enjoy!
