ABOUT THE DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION WORKING GROUP
The Diversity and Inclusion Working Group of the Actuaries Institute has the key objective to act as an advisory group to Council, to promote a diverse and all-inclusive culture in the profession, which will not only benefit existing members, but will also be key to attracting a broad range of students to the profession.
This sets the foundations for the Institute to build an all-inclusive culture where all members and the HQ team are valued and recognised for their unique qualities, ideas, experiences, voices and perspectives. The objectives of the DIWG will be aligned with the objectives of Council.
