Hey guys, this is Amy. Lyndon I started this podcast for you because I am here to help Empower you because you are enough. I am here to help you get to the next level in your career. And most of the times, it has everything to do with what you think about yourself. I am a booking coach celebrity booking coach 54, plus Network, series regulars, and Emmy winner and image in Winter.

And thousands of people working around the globe, all because of this technique that I created, I really want to help you. So I do believe that if you keep listening, you might pick up some gem that I am dropping down and it will change the course of your entire career. I want to clear your head because you need to be a clean vessel of emotion.

If you're not a clean vessel of emotion, then there's gunk in there, then you're going to be a sliver away from the booking and so then you're going to get the call back, but you're going to wonder. Why aren't I wearing booking is because you got too much shit in your head. You jump and then you go. So, what's exciting about this is that you're opening a motion, is 90% of your opening motion is

not 90%, you will fall out. It's like when you go on the treadmill, well, I call it a treadmill but you know at the airport that ongoing treadmill The Walker it never turns off. It never turns off. So when you jump on it, it's already going. Why do you guys start at zero when you start you're seeing when it's already going. It's already going, it's not like theater. Where you walk? Any go on here to serve the

dinner. You know, it's not that whenever we do film and television, we're always dumping in the middle of a scene. So then, why are you guys starting at the beginning? 90% of the seen the energy is already there. That's when you should be marinating on right before you job. That means your emotional life and the environment and the circumstance is already going on. It's already happening. So why are you starting at the

beginning? So that's a big reason why people get nervous and they fall out of the script. You never going to walk away? Going with some random fucking note. I hate those people go over. Yeah, somebody told me. I was too loud. So now, your vanilla, like, all the time they told me I was too much. Well, maybe you were too much for that scene. Somebody once told me, you know, you look like your laugh when you cry and then you know every other time that I cried I was like conscious.

I will guarantee this if your inner process is so clear and connected than whatever is happening with you outside. You're going to have to trust that it will organically be exactly what it's supposed to be. You're just going to have to trust that you're going to say something based on the particular scene that you do or that you did and then you Joker's are going to apply it to your whole fucking career, for the rest of your quarter. How stupid is that? It was based on a candid.

One seat. Okay, I will guarantee you That if you spend time on your inner life and you really marinating, you get the life of this person in your bones, I will guarantee you that everything about your body will be doing everything in Scotia and your face and throw out that shit. It's not servicing you, it's locking you down. The Brilliance is in the letting go.

So if you're locked down, because you're going through your fucking checklist of what all these freaking Yahoo's, how to tell you, maybe you should look at their IMDb and, and the people that they turned out, Hosea tranches lucky for him. The game was picked back up against the shooting it, but he booked the game while he was in my class, he plays in the week and the game. He had maybe one close to our maybe mostly commercials. What do they buy from him?

Because he's so fucking who he is? He's so he is he doesn't back off of that it shows up in his work. But if you guys keep listening to some freaking Yahoo with the put up a shingle that don't they don't have credibility in my eyes, then you're never going to be where you want to be. So let's clean slate it. and Bea, this beautiful emotional funnel and make sure that your jump-off is really nice and strong because if the gun goes

off, And you don't go off. When the gun goes off, you're going to be chasing the seen the whole time. It's also the best best way for you to get into the scene in that pickup energy in the room is if you jump into the middle of it, just like you're jumping into the middle of that treadmill at the airport. And I was called something else, but I like to call her treadmill.

The place will keep you safe. Honestly, if you mind fuck yourself enough to believe that you are actually doing this, not an actor doing it or you doing it that you are doing it as this person for real, for real, for real And everybody will go away. Take it back, take back your career. The environment is so vitally important it tells you what you're doing it creates the texture of the scene. It also lets you know so much about a tone in the style of the

show or the movie. Because you don't look like you're in the movie or TV show act like in the movie th TV show for feel like you're in the moving the TV show. You're not going to be Doesn't matter how great you are. So if you keep getting called back for the same show Saved, show. Same show. You have an obsessed over that show, yet. I would encourage you to obsess over the shows that you keep getting cold back on. I'm not booking.

He kept calling me in for Jack. I got called in so many times for Jeb. Like four times. I think it was quarter producers. Oh, it's a military show. He didn't walk in, like I was in the military, I didn't sit like I was in the military. My posture was not that of the military. So soon as I change that, I booked it so much about booking has nothing to do with your Towing. It has everything to do with your approach. So that's why the women technique was born. I am. You, I am you.

I am you. I know the coldness of the room, I know what that feels like television rooms corporate guys, you're not supposed to pick up the energy in that room because that was my problem. I was taught to pick up energy. Exchange energy. How applicable is that if you have a casting director, that's there to find you, not read great with you. You're there to bring your Magic Carpet Ride in your opening emotion your environment. The who am I relating to is personalization on steroids?

It takes personalization, and it pounds it out to this otherworldly energetic place. So, those of you that are reading with a reader, That's trying to act with you. That's not helping you. Because they're not the person that you created their reader trying to act with you. It keeps you that much further outside your imagination and the energy of the person that you're talking to has to be placed

somewhere near the camera. So as much as we wanted to look like a film in everybody's trying to be cute about it. The eyes are the windows to the soul. You will hold them. There is if you are there Hey guys, thank you so much for listening. I so appreciate it. So if you really believe your enough and you will click that button and you will go to the store and get involved, I could lead a horse to water but I

can't make them drink. I have promo codes available if you DM me and follow me on Instagram. Take care and I will see you soon share with a friend.
