Episode description

The last couple of days have been overwhelming I'm not going to lie; I was surprised by an overwhelming feeling bigger and stronger than my habits, structures, and the systems I have in place to deal with such emotions.

But again, the universe showed up in the form of a mind-blowing book, "The Untethered Soul" by Michael Singer, which taught me exactly what I needed to learn about our thoughts and our relationship with them.

In this episode, I share some of the lessons I got from the book and how they helped me accept, witness, and let pass through me the overwhelm I've been feeling lately, without clinging to either positive or negative thoughts and just trusting the process.

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

  • Relying on our motivation to cope with things is not always the best choice (2:43)
  • Why Michael Singer's book showed up at the right time in my life (7:06)
  • Trust the process. Solutions will come forward (9:19)
  • Allowing the time for our emotions to be there and go through us (12:31)
