I'm half way through the half-marathon training plan and wanted to do a solo episode on what I've learned so far.
1. you are stronger than you think
2. prep, recovery, nutrition and sleep are all just as, if not more, important than the run itself
3. have a fun activity/thing to look forward to post-run
4. listen to your body and its cues
5. respect the process - you have untapped capacity
