Shadow careers + keeping your eye on the ball

This week's topic is about something that I've been thinking about for over 3 years and that is about the concept of shadow careers - what they are, why we do them and how to start choosing to step into what you ACTUALLY want to be doing vs. a "safer" periphery career. I also get into this week's tennis lesson that reminded me the importance of keeping your eye on the ball and only on the ball!
