Enoughness, leaning into the feminine and showing up

I'm not gonna lie...I struggled heavy to get on the mic this week. I procrastinated it to the last moment and didn't know what I was going to talk about this week (was feeling majorly blocked) but what did come through when I finally sat down to record was that showing up to do it even though I wasn't feeling it/had no clue what I wanted this episode to be about is in and of itself the win and enough for me. In this episode I'm talking about accepting that showing up doesn't necessarily mean showing up 10/10 every second of every day, about leaning into and trusting the feminine, the general concept of enoughness and defining whatever that is FOR YOU and why.
