Rocky Twitchell is a bodyguard, bouncer, soap maker, father and Judo instructor. He's the founder of Liahona Warrior Arts International and Boxing coach that teaches and studies lots of martial arts like Muay Thai, Western boxing, the Filipino martial arts with a lineage from Guru no Santo, Garrison knife fighting and more.
