Episode description

On today’s episode Jason Gardner shares how his experience in the Navy SEALS created an opportunity to share leadership lessons that help businesses create and empathy and understanding within their organizations. Listen in as Jason and I dive into the importance of kindness, creating personal discipline in everyday life to overcome micro adversities, and how to show empathy without needing to agree.

Jason Gardner is a former Navy SEAL combat leader, and now a leadership instructor and speaker with Echelon Front. Jason spent nearly 30 years in the Navy SEALS with nine deployments across the globe with experience operating in violent cities in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Jason has seen firsthand the power of the leadership lessons taught at Echelon Front. He bring perspectives from every level of leadership from a frontline SEAL sniper to a SEAL team, five-command master. As a lead instructor with Navy special warfare group, on training detachment he created and implemented realistic and challenging special operation combat training to better prepare sealed units for the real-world battlefield.
