Oregon: America's Burgundy. This week Josh and John drink Oregon wine. Josh brings the Eyire Vineyards 2017 Pinot Gris and has bacon and cheese quiche, Italian dry salami and Char chu pork belly. John brings the Montinore Estate Reserve 2016 Pinot Noir. His snacks are manchago cheese, honey, soy and ginger seared tuna, and Italian sausage bolonagese. Both men talked about Organically and Biodynamically farmed grapes, out of respect of the land.  Even though it was a leaf day it was a good time!
