His plate included Zapps Voodoo chips, burrata with speck, bacon and cheese brats, and tuxedo cake. John pours the Konig Lugwig weissbier and shares some brats with carmalized onions, pad Thai, and a soft pretzel. They enjoy the history and deliciousness of the beers.
