While attending Penn State in college, Lee was Captain of the Penn State football team, and since then he’s worked as a human resources professional at Fortune 500 companies like Merril Lynch and Johnson & Johnson. Lee is a frequent speaker and panelist at corporations, conferences and schools throughout the country.
