Zach is nurse educator and researcher with 20 years of experience in educational needs assessment, program development, implementation and evaluation for healthcare professionals. Recently, he and a team from ACNL's Research and Evidence-Based Practice committee presented at ACNL's Annual Conference, offering best practices to other nurse researchers on the publishing process from start to finish.
