Episode description

All we need to do to experience unconditional peace is let go of judgment. Not just in action. Not just in thought. But in belief.

Our belief in judgment is what leads to the perception of bodies, separate interests, and lack.

Without judgment, we see the sameness in everyone and everything. We see no differences. We experience no separation.

But all our strain, all our suffering, all our anxiety come from the unwillingness to let go of judgment. And thus we delay our awakening from this nightmare we think of as “life”.

In truth, we will awaken to the oneness we never left. Until then, these words from A Course in Miracles exemplify our situation: “Delay does not matter in eternity, but it is tragic in time.”

We will continually enact this tragedy until we’re finally ready to turn away from judgment and return to love.
