Episode description

We all want to be happy. And we all want to experience blissful love and peace.

Thus [therefore] everything we do is in the belief that it will bring us one step closer to the goal.

But what if those things cannot be sought after?

Consider these lines from A Course in Miracles: “The search for truth is but the honest searching out of everything that interferes with truth. Truth is. It can neither be lost nor sought nor found.”

The same is true for love and peace. The more we try searching for them, the more we convince ourselves that they’re “out there” waiting for us to find and grab hold.

But we already have them. And “have” isn’t even the right word. We are them. We’ve just forgotten that.

So our job is merely to bring all our interferences (aka grievances) to this truth. And in that presence, they will disappear leaving the shining light of love that embraces us and everything.

Happiness is.
