Episode description

In late April, a racist video on the popular social media app TikTok went viral as it shows two Georgia teenagers being racist towards the African American community by stating the "n" word and other degrading and derogatory stereotypes. This is only one of several instances in which people have used social media platforms to slander groups of people for the purpose of promoting hate, getting likes and views, or both. Multimedia Editor Adriana James-Rodil interviews Contributing Junior Staff Writer Amelia Cuttle and Sophomore Anna Reins, and they discuss the importance of thinking before posting anything on the internet because once it's there, it's there forever.
