S01E09 - Communication is Key

Have you ever wanted to address something that bothered you and ended up in a full-blown argument with someone?
Yeah, me too.. No fun in that at all, is there!?

When it comes to communication, there's a lot of information to be found, but what I've learned is that the most important aspect of communication is the intention with which we go into a conversation. 

Going into a conversation with the intention of informing someone about your perspective from a place of love, will always give you a better chance of communicating effectively. Going into a conversation from a place of frustration however, will alsmot without fail lead to the wrong results.

In this episode I take you through how assessing your communication style can benefit the way your message is received.
