Welcome Back! It's been an amazing summer filled with goodbyes, tons of traveling, and lots of fun. And, now I'm back!! I am so excited to share with you all the things I've been working on, and the podcast is going to be even more fun and life-giving, I hope. At least that's my plan. This podcast today is about learning how to rest, and how important it is to rest especially when you're overwhelmed and feeling out of control. I know that you are all ambitious go-getters who put yourselves at the bottom of the to-do list, and it's time to stop all that right now!
