The interview gets quite technical as I have my guest go deep into explaining what software engineers do so that a non-engineer like me can understand. We also talk about how the guest hires and interviews engineers, the industry, and how my guest has managed to create a situation of remote working with 4 hour work weeks (quite literally at times).
