Rod Drury - The end of the beginning

This week we talk to Rod Drury (@roddrury) starting with paddle boards and how Rod started in the industry with Microsoft Access and Visual Basic apps before 'why Aftermail' and then, of course, Xero.

We cover youth employment/grad programmes and how they can help grow the industry via the small business that are customers of Xero.

Rod asks what do you do after you make it big – "buy your silly cars, then what?" and puts his view on  how companies can help in communities to build expertise and greater companies that will help evolve New Zealand Inc.
