Episode 41 - Charlotte Constance

This evening I am joined by Charlotte Constance, Founder of Conductor. Charlotte and her team focus on bringing science and soul to spaces and places. This means bringing data, insights, marketing and customer experience to bear thereby unlocking the potential of developments. At Conductor, they start every project with the people that will be influenced and affected by the spaces and places they come into contact with, with the purpose of enabling them to thrive, so that economic and social returns can be realised for all stakeholders. From a marketing background Charlotte has developed from a real estate newbie to a main board director for one of the best known residential brands and is now the founder of her own consultancy. Charlotte shares her views on the changing place of data, marketing and brand in the real estate cycle and how that has affected her career.
