In this episode with Marc Vlessing, we listen to how he has started careers in three separate sectors. I believe Marc could have been successful in whatever industry he choose, but for the past 16 years his chosen career has been as CEO for Pocket Living in the starter home market. I thought my favourite lesson I learnt from Marc was the importance of PURPOSE he speaks very passionately about these earlier careers and demonstrating real chameleon talents to adapt yet ultimately he left them behind, yet with pocket he experienced slower growth of this business compared to his earlier achievements, arguably he has faced much steeper hurdles yet what made him stick at it AND I believe it was because he has found his PURPOSE.
