20250506 Herbies Community Cooking Corner Originally Broadcasted May 6, 2025, on ACB Media 5   Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Garlic bread Pizza. If you cook along, you need the following:

• 1 loaf French baguette or Italian bread
• 1/4 C unsalted butter (melted)
• 4 cloves garlic minced
• 1 tsp dried Italian seasonings or oregano
• 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional-for a bit of heat)
• 1 Cup marinara sauce (store bought or homemade)
• 1 1/2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 Cups of  grated parmesan cheese
• **toppings of choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell pepper, olives, onion, etc.) **
• **fresh basil leaves (optional for garnish) **
• Preheated oven at 375 Degrees
• Baking sheet
• Parchment paper or light cooking spray
• Knife
• Mixing bowl
