- 15 to 16 apples medium sized about 7 to 8 pounds ( granny Smith’s recommended)(
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- ¾ teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 30 unwrapped caramels (About an 11 oz bag)
- Crockpot or Instant pot
