20250218 Herbies Community Cooking Corner Originally Broadcasted February 18, 2025, on ACB Media 5 Participants joined Herbie for another cooking adventure. This time: Vagus Cookies. If you cook along, you need the following:
- 1 cup softened, salted butter (2 sticks),
- 1 cup white (granulated) sugar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 and 1/2 cups flour (packed)
- 1 and 1/2 cups of finely crushed plain potato chips
- 1 cup finely chopped salted cashews
- 1 to 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for coating dough balls)
- ungreased Baking Sheet
- preheated Oven
