20241001 Herbies Community Cooking Corner Originally Broadcasted October 1, 2024, on ACB Media 5   This time: Easy Orange Chicken. If cooking along, you need the following:

• For the chicken:
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup rice
• Vinegar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons onion, minced
• 1 orange, zested
• 1 tablespoon sriracha
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 3 cloves garlic, grated
• 1 (1-inch) knob ginger, grated

• 2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces Optional

• for serving:

• white rice, cooked and hot orange zest, to taste
• green onions, to taste, chopped
• orange slices, to taste
