This time: Sweet and Sour Chicken. If cooking along, you need the following:

• 1 pound chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into 1/2-inch-thick
• Cubes
• salt, to taste
• freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup cornstarch
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 red bell peppers,
• Sliced
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• white rice, optional, to taste, cooked, and warm, for serving
• sesame seeds, optional, to taste, for garnish
