• 2 teaspoons olive oil, plus more, to taste#
• 1/2-pound rib-eye, thinly sliced or diced
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
• 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
• 6 ounces mushrooms, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
• 2 flour tortillas, burrito-sized
• 3 slices provolone cheese, sliced in half
• Skillet, either electric or on the stove
• Cutting Board
• Knife
