Participants joined me along with special guest Lucy for another cooking adventure. This time: Raspberry Dessert. If cooking along, you need the following:
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 1 can raspberry pie filling (whatever size you can find, usually it is about 20 ounces)
- 12 ounces frozen red raspberries
- 32-ounce container vanilla yogurt (You can use any kind, low-fat if you want)
- 16-ounce container Cool Whip (You can use sugar-free or fat-free if you want)
- 9 by 13 Pan
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon
