This time: Heidi showed us how to make Andes Creme De Menthe Cookies. If cooking along, you need the following:
- 1/2 C butter (softened)
- 3/4 C. Brown
- Sugar
- 1/2 C. Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 10 oz package andes mint baking chips
- 2/3 C all-purpose flour
- Refrigerator
- Preheated oven to 350 degrees FH
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon
- Cookie Sheet Note: Dough will need to be made ahead of time as it requires chilling for 2 hours.
