• 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
• 1 Lime (optional)
• 8 Flour Tortilla
• 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro (Optional)
• Cutting board
• Knife
• Mixing bowl
• Cookie Sheet
