This time: Brownie Cookies If cooking along, you need the following:

• 1-1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour.
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 stick butter – softened.
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup chopped nuts.
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 2 mixing bowls
• Electric
• Mixer
• 9 by 13 baking pan
• pre-heated oven at 350
