Participants joined Herbie for another cooking adventure. This time: Apple Bread. If cooking along, you will need the following:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 2 apples – chopped.
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts (Optional)
- Mixing Bowl
- 2 greased 9 by 5 Loaf Pans
- Oven
