Participants joined Tori and me as we took you on another cooking adventure. This time: Apple Fritters. If cooking with us, you will need the following:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk.
- 1 1/2 cups peeled, diced apples.
- 2 Mixing Bowls
- Oil
- Skillet
