Making peanut butter monster cookies. Tori offered vegan-friendly substitutes when possible. Items needed: • 3 large eggs • 1 cup brown sugar • 1 cup sugar • 1 teaspoon vanilla • 1 teaspoon corn syrup • 1 stick butter • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter • 2 teaspoons baking soda • 4 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats • 1 cup chocolate chips • 1 cup M and M's • Oven • wax paper • cookie sheet • mixing bowl • third cup for measuring cookie dough
