Episode 13: Cincinnati Reds Mike Siani and Pittsburgh Pirates Sam Siani

On today’s show I caught up with a couple of former teammates Mike and Sam Siani. Mike currently is an outfielder in the Cincinnati Reds Organization and Sam is currently an outfielder in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. In the show we discuss how they approach cage work and what they focus on every swing. In addition, we discuss the approach they take at the plate and what their lifting routines look like. For added bonus I ask them to give me a draft grade for the Eagles.
