When I first learnt that I was shocked. Obviously we sleep every night but when you say it like that, it just sounds like a lot. 

As im writing this, I’m imaging all of those super masculine motivational videos saying “sleep when you’re dead!“🤣)

But anyways, you keep catching those Zzzz, clock up your 7 hours and enjoy every dream. 

I’m going to help you still create results even while you sleep: 

• Just before you drift off to sleep each night, think about what you desire (the business, house, relationship, freedom) and give the order to your subconscious mind to create it for you in your reality, doing so while feeling like it’s done. 
• Go to sleep knowing your subconscious mind is now at work.
