I have another guest with us today, who is sharing her journey from working corporate to burning out and now making easy and flow a priority.
After suffering from a mental breakdown in 2020, Celeste was forced to reevaluate how she was defining success in her life. She decided to do the scary thing and walk away from everything others applauded her for and re-define success on her own terms. From there spurred a life-changing 22 month-long career break, where she dedicated her mental health recovery to up-leveling her mindset, investing in herself and building her dream life. Celeste created Isn’t She Stellar to share her burnout to break down to building her dream life story, and has since grown a tight-knit community dedicated to holding a safe space for woman unlearning toxic hustle culture, recovering from burnout, and redefining success on their own terms to build healthy lives that feel GOOD.
