Hello everybody . I was just about to say happy Friday , but by the time you're listening to this , it is Monday morning . So welcome to a new week . I hope you're feeling pumped , I hope you had a beautiful weekend and you're ready to head into a new week , being super intentional , manifesting all the good things and just feeling your best .

I am hitting record today to do a big debrief on the most recent launch for the Academy , the reason being one . I just love to bring you guys behind the scenes of launches , results , celebrate the women who were in , but also these are one of my favorite episodes to listen to from other business women .

I love an episode just about the stats and the processes and the systems behind a launch . It inspires me , it gives me ideas and , depending on where they are at , it's usually an expander for my business . So I want to be that for you guys . I know I have a lot of women who listen to this , who do have a business .

So , yeah , it just kind of takes you behind the scenes and shows you , or allows you to listen to , what's working in my business changes that I've made that are working aren't working , the the results , but I mean even if you don't have a business , still stick around for the episode , because you're a part of my world regardless , and I like to celebrate these

things with all of you . I'm also going to be sharing , at the end of this , what's coming up for the rest of the year , so that you guys can diarize dates of interest , whether it is a program or my in-person event , which I'm very excited to announce more about today , or just some freebies , and you want to know how you can stay tapped in .

So that's what we're chatting about today . I also thought I would give you guys a bit of a recap or a bit of an insight into what's going on personally , so this is a bit of a debrief on professional and personal updates , agendas , things worth celebrating . So let me get my stats up and let's go .

So , as you all know , we have just finished a launch for the Academy , which is my signature program . It includes literally everything I did to essentially create the life that I have today working for myself , complete time and location , freedom , financial freedom , and this program helps women honestly have the life of their dreams .

And it includes everything from manifestation subconscious mind , reprogramming morning evening routines , aligning with your menstrual cycle , how to implement boundaries , what imposter syndrome is and how to clear it , typical fears when it comes to creating change , such as fear of success , fear of failure . We clear it all . It's incredible .

It's an incredible program and , yeah , like I said , we have just finished the launch . As you guys probably know . It was a very successful launch for a number of reasons , which I'm going to be sharing today , but before we do , I just want to say two things .

Firstly , congratulations to the women who are joining me for the next four months inside the Academy . I cannot wait to get to know you , to work with you and just ensure that 2024 is the year that you want it to be and , of course , your life is what you want it to be .

I have just finished onboarding them all , and so I'm aware of what their intentions are , what their goals are for the Academy , and there's a bit of a theme of just wanting to create more for themselves , for their family , for their life , and they've realized that they're not living up to their full potential and they're tired of their excuses .

They're tired of settling for a life that isn't the life that they want to be living , and most of them have a business , and so they really want to get some clarity and direction around what's next for their business and also get their business to the level .

So very excited to spend the next four months with this incredible group of women and I already just feel so connected . I do love the relationships that I build with my clients . I feel I am a mentor .

That is a complete open book and it allows me to create genuine connections with my clients . So very , very excited for that . And the second thing I wanted to say is , even if you didn't join me inside the Academy , I wanted to say thank you to you .

I know launches are fiery , they're loud and you guys came along for the ride , so I want to thank you for that . I want to thank you for hanging out with me for this launch period and just being a part of it in one way or another , whether it was opening or reading an Instagram post and messaging me to say that it really resonated with you .

Maybe you shared a post opening the emails listening to the podcast , shared a post opening the emails , listening to the podcast . However , you tapped in . I'm very , very grateful and I do see you all . I do take notice of who is watching my stories and interacting with my social media , who's opening emails , who's clicking through .

I actually take notice and I really do just feel this sense of gratitude for every single life that is in my life . So thank you for that . Sorry , guys , I have a frog in my throat . If you're on my email list , I'm going to be sending you guys an .

I really like to make the week after a launch about celebrating the launch , of course , celebrating those who have joined me in the program , but also just regulating myself , nurturing myself , taking care of myself , because launches can be quite productive . While I feel I have nailed the launch in terms of my launches are not stressful and they're very organized .

I'm going to be sharing a little bit about what I do for that , but they're still quite intense . They're still quite full on and I've set my business up in a way where I have these highs and lows , so during the low period , I like to just treat it as a little bit of a holiday .

So that's what this week has been for me , whilst also onboarding those incredible clients . So I wanted you guys to enjoy the celebrations and have a little treat as well . So check your inbox if you're on my email list .

well . Okay , let's dive into the launch . I want to share some changes we made for this launch , what worked really well , what made this launch so successful and that goes beyond just the number of enrollments . I'm going to share some results with you guys and then , like I said , said I'm going to briefly share what's coming up next .

For those who may have been itching to get inside the academy but didn't , for whatever reason , and you want to know what else is available . Or maybe you're kind of new around here and you just want to know what's next for you . I will be sharing all of those details at the end .

Okay , the launch like I mentioned , it was one of the most seamless , organized launches I have done . This was the sixth time we have launched the Academy and it's honestly taken that long to find a system that I feel works really well , because I do have someone within the team now .

It's important that everything I'm doing for the launch is available for both of us to look at and interact with and whatever . So that had required me to really get my system solidified , because it can't all just be up in my head or on my iPhone notes . We needed an actual operation system that allows us all as a team to kind of come in and work unified .

So we have done that and I'm very happy with it and , like I said , it allowed for a very organized launch and very seamless launch . We knew what was coming up , we knew where we were heading . It was really good versus the earlier stages in business , when I launched the Academy for the first couple of times , which is fine .

Obviously , every launch is a learning process and you find the things that you love and you don't love . But first couple of launches were literally like waking up that day and being like , okay , what do I want to talk about on my social media today ? Like what's this reel going to include , what's this story going to say , and whatever .

But this time we had all of that in a calendar well before the launch actually even started . So that was a system that worked really well and I'm looking forward to using , moving forward and continuing to tweak even more .

So , yes , that was the first change for this launch was a new marketing calendar that we pretty much had finalized before the hard launch started for the Academy , and that marketing calendar included literally everything we did to market this program .

So real static posts , podcast episodes , any PR opportunities , events , emails I don't know if I said that uh interviews , testimonials like literally everything that went into this launch was all in this calendar .

I use notion as my hub within my business , so this is all in notion , and if you are planning on joining my business mastermind Her Empire , which will be opening up for the 2025 round in October , then you get access to all of the things I do in Notion , including this marketing calendar . So just an FYI .

But yeah , this marketing calendar was a game changer . Obviously , both me and Sarah could access it , add to it . We had it all set up in a way where we could tag the status , so whether it was drafted , scheduled , posted , if it was completed when it needed to be done by and yeah , just this beautiful system that I loved .

And , of course , it was visually appealing as well . Again , if you are coming into her empire , you'll see how I set all of that up . But that's an important part of my business but also our business as women . The feminine loves creativity , she loves the visual . So my notion hub is very much that . So , again , you'll get access to that .

But yeah , so the new marketing calendar absolute game changer just allowed us to have complete direction with the entirety of the launch and just know exactly where we were showing up and what we were doing when we showed up . The next thing we also did was really solidified our marketing blocks .

I'm not going to go into that too much detail , but really just that goes into the fact that it was a very , very , very well planned out launch , which really helped . The other thing we tweaked was the enrollment period .

So typically cart open goes for two weeks , but we shorten that this time to seven day no five , seven , eight , nine , 10 days , just to test that , because last time we launched at the start of the year . So for the March round I got a little bit not over it by the last couple of days of the two-week period .

But yeah , I guess for a better word , I was kind of over it . I was just itching to get started and I felt that you guys probably felt that as well .

Two weeks just felt like a long time and I just felt like you guys know whether you want to join me or not and we don't need to be banging on about a program for two weeks , especially when I talk about my program so much prior to cart open . So anyways , we played around with a 10 day launch period .

I haven't really spoken to Sarah much about her views on this . I don't know if I'm loving that either . May play around with that a little bit more . I Could have maybe done for another two days . So what's that ? 12 day launch Could do that . Anyways , we'll have a chat about that and figure out what we want to do next year when we open this back up .

But that was just another change we made and , yeah , whether more would have enrolled if it was open longer or everyone had made their decision , I don't really know .

Again , have to think about that a little bit more , but that was a change we made and then the final thing wasn't really a change , but I again I feel like we really solidified this and I'm really happy with where we're at in terms of this and that is the brand message for the Academy .

So , in a nutshell , like I mentioned at the start , the Academy is my signature program and it's really an all encompassing female empowerment , mindset , life transformation program . So , while , yes , women who do the Academy do have businesses sometimes , quite often , it's not directed at business .

It's directed at you , you as a woman , your thoughts , your feelings , your beliefs , your boundaries , your actions , like you , because everything in your life , including business relationships , your family , results , outcomes , whatever it all is a ripple effect from you . It all starts with you . So the Academy is a four month program to upgrade you .

The by-product of an upgraded you is an upgraded life , and the brand message for the Academy really is a life of more overflow , luxury , and not just a life of surviving , settling Like I envision

Luxury Lifestyle Academy Launch Success

. When it comes to the Academy , I envision women doing the Academy because they want a life where they are regularly traveling , first class . They live in this huge big mansion with their family . They have businesses that just make sales on repeat .

They have freedom to choose how they spend their time , whether that is sleeping in , with their partner making breakfast on a random Wednesday in their big mansion with their , with their partner making breakfast on a random Wednesday in their big mansion with their family , regularly traveling overseas , never missing a Europe summer , doing so in luxury .

That's what I envision when it comes to the outcomes from the Academy . And so we really , I guess for a long time , if I'm completely honest , I probably held back from talking about the desired outcome , so extravagant and so obvious .

Um , you know , I'd probably use words like create abundance , have more money , but this time around I went really detailed in like have more money so you can have that huge home . Have more money so you can like , so you never have to fly an economy flight again .

Um , you know , have more time , freedom , so that you can be cooking breakfast on a random Wednesday with your family , because you don't have to rush off to a job .

And again , if I'm honest , the first little bit of my business , I held back from the standard of life that I wanted for myself and therefore for my clients and students , because I didn't want to make others uncomfortable because they didn't already have that .

I finally realized those who get triggered by me talking about this life of overflow and luxury and you can have it all are not my people Right , and if they're not choosing to create a life like that for themselves , then that's on them .

But meanwhile there is an entire community of women , just like you , on the other side of this mic or this show , who wants exactly that the luxury , the overflow , the time freedom , the more than enough . And so finally , I'm like you know what . We're going big , we're going loud . We are going to be talking about this bougie life .

We are going to be talking about huge levels of wealth . We are going to be talking about luxury because that's what I want and that's what I know my students and clients want . So we got that across this launch and I feel like we did that very well and that is shown by the women and the caliber of women who have enrolled in this round of the Academy .

Like , honestly , if I could meet the client avatar or the ideal client for the Academy , it would be the women in the in this program .

I mean , like other programs too , but like , I just feel like every single person in there is that client avatar , which is incredible and it is a testament to the brand mass , the brand message we got across , who the Academy is for .

And we really spoke to that woman so that when she was reading all of the marketing material , she was like that is me and therefore they're in the Academy . So going to continue with that , going to make that even more obvious next year . Like , I want to do a big campaign shoot in a tropical destination and use that for our marketing .

Um , next year I intend to be traveling for most of the year , so that's really going to help me solidify . Like , this is what is possible because of the Academy and this is what can be possible for you as well if you do the Academy with me . So there are some tweaks we made for the launch and some things that really , really worked Now for the results .

So , as I said , a successful launch to me is much more than just the numbers and while the numbers and enrollments are an important part , they are one part of a launch and , as I mentioned , I would like , I would much prefer to have a smaller group of women and know that everything to do with the launch felt good , looked good .

We really maintained our integrity , which is really important within my brand . I would rather that to all be ticked off than to have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of women in this program .

But having done that in a way that just felt like often icky and just wasn't aligned with the brand , not not to say this was a small launch , it was still a five figure launch , which is incredible .

But , as I said , it's more than the numbers for me , and the fact that we had , the fact that we launched with this beautiful system , operations , marketing , brand message everything just felt so on point makes for the most successful launch in my eyes .

Um , otherwise , as for actual results , so , before the Academy opened , we did a free event called Recalibrate , which I'm sure so many of you attended , and we had 265 women register for that event , which is incredible . It makes me very , very happy for a couple of reasons .

One so much growth in the business , which , as a business owner , that's what we want , right ? I remember when I first started my business and I would do free events and I would sell or , you know , give away or you know whatever , get sell what's my word for sell ? Give off whatever because it's free , so I'm not selling .

Give off whatever because it's free , so I'm not selling . Give off tickets , I don't . I literally can't think of another word whatever . Five to ten women would be like the most for very early day free events , and I was so stoked with that at the time . But five women compared to 265 is just , it was just a little baby back then .

And and then I would , yeah , 10 tickets would be secured , um , but then , like , only one person would come to the event . I think I did two free events and at each one , only one person came , and there was a tiny part of me , of course that was like oh no , this is so awkward .

And I remember thinking I almost want to tell the lady like you can get off if you want . Like if this is awkward for you , like don't worry about it , you can just watch the replay . But I didn't . And I showed up as if I had over 200 people registered for that event .

I showed up like I had 200 people online with me and , honestly , I feel like that is why my business grew so quickly , because I didn't let those small numbers stop me from showing up in a way , and I always knew that 265 people would eventually enroll in my programs , and so I showed up like I already had numbers like that .

Um , so , of course , when we hit these numbers and we hit them quite quickly and easily it's just the best feeling because you just reflect back on where you've come , where you were .

But also it means 265 people were impacted by my message , my brand , which is incredible because it means I know 265 women now have skills and exercises and tools that will enable them to change their life and get the life that they want , and that is literally what I'm here to do . So , 265 people , which was incredible .

As for the actual launch , as I mentioned , it was another five figure launch , which very grateful for , very incredible as well .

And then , as I mentioned , the students or the clients in the Academy and again , like this has been the case for the last couple of rounds as well um , uh , ideal target customers , dream avatar clients , whatever you want to call them literally the women that I made the Academy for .

So , again , it's a testament to we're getting our message across and I'm attracting those who I want to be working with , which is which is really cool . So that's essentially a recap on the Academy launch . Um , in terms of tweaks , what worked , what didn't , results Um , obviously very excited to do it all over again . I love live launches .

So in the coaching industry , if you're not in the coaching industry , you can live launch or you can have evergreen courses , and there's pros and cons to both , but I just love a live launch . The energy , the high , the spark of a live launch is something that I'm so obsessed with , so addicted with . I do not intend to change that anytime soon .

Well , the Academy will always be a live program because of the mentorship side that you get with me , but , regardless , I just love a live launch . So , feeling really good off the back of this one and cannot wait to do it all again . The Academy will open again in 2025 . It will be in March sometime , but I'm not .

I haven't confirmed the date because I'm getting married in February and then we'll be going on our honeymoon for about four-ish weeks , so I haven't actually confirmed when the Academy will open again , but it will likely be towards the end of March . But , as always , just get your name on the wait list and you'll be kept up to date with all of that .

But if you were like I cannot wait until the end of March 2025 to change my life with you , let me just quickly touch on what is coming up in my world and , like I said , you guys can go and get on the wait list for any event or program that interests you .

Make a note of it in your diary when things open up because , as you know , things do close down and open up in my world . As you know , things do close down and open up in my world , so you don't want to miss out . So what's coming up ?

Number one is my in-person event , and I haven't really announced this too much , so you are one of the first where I'm giving you more details on the in-person event . But it is on the Gold Coast on the 21st of September and it is a one day immersion where you'll be going through a transformation . Honestly , some go their entire life without having .

If you have done a program with me before and you've done my subconscious reprogramming sessions . Or you've come to an event and I've got the music pumping , like imagine that vibe , but in person , like I cannot believe , I cannot wait . It's going to be an insane day .

We're going to have the music blaring , we're going to be doing these subconscious reprogramming sessions , but in a live energy where I can touch you , I can be there for you , we can have the music going and zoom's not going to interrupt and cut it off . Like it's going to be insane . So it is a one day immersion . So it's going to be a jam packed day .

Empowerment Events and Programs Update

Essentially , the morning session is going to be a workshop style . So you guys will be taking notes and I'll be on the mic running you through a workshop .

I she hasn't actually confirmed , so let's hold her to this , hoping to get Izzy there , who is the co-host of my other podcast called Sip , with Us and we may do a little Q&A interview session with her . But that will be ultimately the morning session . And then the afternoon is where the magic happens .

So I have a breathwork practitioner coming to do breathwork with you .

I'll be taking you through three different subconscious reprogramming modalities to ultimately get in , remove any beliefs that you aren't good enough , you aren't capable , you can't do that and walk away from my one day immersion feeling the most confident , empowered and ready you have been in your entire life .

And do not underestimate what we can do in one day because of the modalities and the exercises and the practices that I will be doing with you . So this is not just an event where we mingle or you listen to some Q&A's . It is an event where you will leave a changed woman .

So so I cannot wait and , like I said , I just can't wait to do the work I do with my clients in a in-person setting , like actually have the music blaring , actually be able to dance and sing , actually be able to guide you through meditations without , like I said , the microphone stuffing up on zoom . It's going to be insane .

And then , as for the other details , that'll all be up on the website and then , for those who are on the wait list , you guys will get the email on the 9th of August to get your early bird ticket and then we'll open it up to the general public after that .

So I'm very excited for this event , very , very , very excited , and I cannot wait to just meet you guys in person , give you a big hug and just be in your presence . Um , so , yes , that's the first thing . The second thing is the wealthy woman , which is my money manifestation program .

That is back and enrollment opens on the 2nd of September until the 15th of September . It is a six-week money manifestation program and this will likely be the last time I do this program live . So you know how . At the start I was saying that there is live and evergreen courses .

Then I think the wealthy woman will be next year becoming an evergreen course , which means you won't have that live access to me in a Q&A session and within Telegram . So if you want me to go through this program with you in live time , then make sure you get into this round of the wealthy woman .

So again , the waitlist is up on the website best place to be and I will let you know once the enrollment period is open for that . So , very quickly , I am in the thick of wedding prep , which is why all of this , all of the programs and the events that are coming up , are wrapped up by November , because I want to then be diving into wedding prep and I want to give it my entire focus and I want to treat the wedding prep like I do the business and just be able to , yeah , be

completely focused on wedding prep . So I'm very excited for that , and a lot of the main things are done . So those finer things to be done are like what ? Seating plans , menu selection . I still need to get the bridesmaid dresses , but , yeah , coming along lovely , which is very exciting . My hens is also coming up in November .

Um , my sister's calling it a bachelorette party and I'm so here for that . I feel like we don't use that word very often in Australia , so I'm here for that . It just sounds very elegant , um , so my bachelorette party is in November , so I cannot wait to share more of that with everybody .

And then , finally , we're actually moving house in the next couple of weeks . A very long story behind it , but we didn't realize we had to and now we do so . In in amongst all of that , I'm also moving my house . So good luck to me . Um lot going on , but like good stuff , like honestly such good stuff .

So , yeah , a very busy but exciting rest of 2024 and into 2025 . And , of course , we'll just continue to bring you guys behind the scenes of the wedding , the bachelorette moving our house , because I just love showing you guys that part of my life .

I like to let you in on my personal life because I like us to feel like we're friends and we are like connected beyond just this podcast or beyond just my programs . So , yeah , excited to share all of that with you and , yeah , very excited . But anyways , I'm going to leave it there because I am I'm literally supposed to be at Izzy's right now .
