We have a special overseas guest today! Today's episode is Deborah Mcnelis and myself extending on the importance of not letting stress take control. If you attended the Childhood Education Conference, you would remember Deborah was our first keynote speaker from the USA. When I spoke with Stephanie Meades on the last episode, Steph spoke about the amygdala on the brain and how it is our stress response and I asked Deborah some more questions about it.
