Strange things go on in my head. I may be thinking about the actor Katie Holmes, why my car sounds like Perry the Platypus and a teacher at the school who also works at the school I work at and who looks a little bit like Dick Strawbridge... but can you see the link between them all and what I'm talking about today?
This episode sees me talk about positivity in the media... or maybe the lack of it and a challenge to you to do something about it.
I also talk about my religion a little, social media and how Double Deckers spread happiness.
