When I shared about my 500th podcast episode I received a simple comment, "What are you doing to celebrate yourself?!" And that prompted me to do some thinking, and celebrating. It can be easier for us to barely acknowledge our growth or accomplishments, usually by making up excuses that they're not that important. One of the major tenets of About Progress is identity, and I realized that celebrating yourself is important for continued growth. Plus, it just feels good. Find something to celebrate today, even if it's the smallest of things.
