The Weekly Legislative Update of the AAMO Podcast is back after the legislative Spring Break. Adam and Wes discuss the air in the busy Capitol about SJR 8 and SJR 33. They also take a moment to reflect on the AAMO Rally that happened this past Monday. There is also some good news about Justin Sparks’ Equal Protection bill, HB 1072, along with Burt Whaley’s HB 1417.

  • Call YOUR senator and ask them to support SJR 8 and oppose SJR 33

  HB 1072 needs to be assigned a hearing
  • Call YOUR Representitive and ask them to support 1072 and oppose HJ4 54. Senator Lookup: https://www.senate.mo.gov/legislookup/default. This will also show your representative.

• Call Chairwoman Holly Jones of the Children and Families Committee and ask her to assign a hearing for HB1072.
