Word & Transformation - Llewelyn, John R, Beth & Ray

Over 40 days of prayer at the end of last year we sought God's will and vision for our church coming into this new season. As a result we have developed and shaped a shared vision for Aberfoyle Park Baptist Church.

Throughout the series our eldership team will join us to share this vision through the values that anchor us to our foundation of King & Kingdom; Love, Restoration, Word, Transformation, Prayer, Worship, Seeking, Empowerment, Proclamation & Blessing.

This week Llewelyn and Beth are joined by two more of our elders, John R & Ray, as they share our values of Word & Transformation;

Word  |  Shaped by the Word in the words of scripture.

We aspire to be a church who seek to be shaped by humbly and faithfully devoting ourselves to the study of scripture, seeking the living Word of God and listening for His call, in the inspired words of scripture, interpreted by the leading of the Holy Spirit in God’s community of people.

Transformation  |  Being transformed by the Spirit to transform the world around us.

We aspire to be a church that acknowledges our need to be transformed and we pursue change through the power of the Holy Spirit, as disciples of King Jesus, in order to bring about positive transformation to our local, national and global community.
